Job summary

WhiteCrow Research Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Guest Services Executive - Receptionist for a prominent hospitality client in Dubai.

You will welcome guests, manage check-in/check-out, and coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, and F&B to ensure seamless service. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service or front desk roles in hospitality and a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; a High School Diploma is also acceptable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or front desk within the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and managing check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests with personalized service.
• Coordinating with Housekeeping, Concierge, Executive Lounge, Recreation, and F&B to fulfill guest needs.
• Handling special requests such as transportation, dining reservations, and amenities.
• Resolving minor guest complaints and escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Promoting hotel services and upselling where appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring compliance with service standards.
