Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide courteous and professional assistance.
• Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, restaurants, shopping, and transportation.
• Assist guests with taxi bookings, transportation arrangements, reservations, and service requests.
• Respond to guest inquiries in person, by phone, or via other channels.
• Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, F&B, and other hotel departments.
• Assist guests with luggage, directions, deliveries, and routine requests.
• Handle special guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments for timely help.
• Maintain updated information about hotel services, hours, events, and local facilities.
• Record guest requests and follow up to ensure completion.
• Receive and communicate guest feedback to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and welcoming appearance at the concierge desk.
• Assist with arranging bookings and appointments per hotel procedures.
• Handle guest concerns politely and escalate complex issues to management.
• Maintain records and basic concierge documentation.
• Support other guest-service activities during busy periods.
