Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai is seeking a hospitality professional to provide courteous, professional and flexible service across the Rooms division and other departments as needed. The role requires an ability to rotate between sub-departments and maintain high guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will be able to upsell hotel services, balance cash at shifts, and perform opening/closing procedures with accuracy. Excellent grooming, communication and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be flexible and able to rotate within different sub departments of the Rooms division or other departments as assigned.
• Maximize guest satisfaction by providing courteous, professional and efficient service.
• Be aware of hotel services, facilities, and promotions and upsell where appropriate.
• Balance cash reports and remittance envelopes at the end of shifts and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Check and update room allocations and follow up on guest special requests.
• Maintain regular contact with long-stay and suite guests to ensure enjoyable stays.
• Provide full support to Supervisors and team and perform other duties as assigned.
