Job summary

Grand Hyatt Dubai seeks a Guest Services Officer to deliver excellent and consistent service to guests at the Reception/Front Desk within the Rooms Division. You will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of operations and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires a relevant Hospitality/Tourism qualification and a minimum of two years’ hotel operations experience, along with strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 Years' Work Experience Hotel Operations.

Responsibilities

• The Guest Services Officer is responsible to contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the Reception/ Front Desk within the Rooms Division.
