• Handle special guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely assistance.
• Maintain updated information about hotel services, operating hours, events, and local facilities.
• Record guest requests and follow up to ensure they are completed properly.
• Receive and communicate guest feedback to the appropriate supervisor.
