Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, courteous, and prompt service to ensure high guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.
• Greet guests by name when known and escort to their rooms when possible.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel activities and local services.
• Stay informed about hotel information, hours, promotions, and events to respond to queries.
• Maintain awareness of daily rates and occupancy for decision-making.
• Process accounts from check-in to check-out and post incidental charges accurately.
• Protect guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Uphold EH&S standards and hotel policies.
