Job summary

Millennium Downtown Abu Dhabi is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide a warm, professional welcome and to manage efficient check-in and check-out while addressing guest inquiries to ensure a memorable stay.

You will maintain accurate guest records, assist with reservations, and collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs, all while safeguarding privacy and upholding hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient, courteous, and prompt service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Greet guests by name when possible and escort to rooms to create a warm welcome.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Stay informed about hotel information, promotions, hours, events, and related details to respond to queries.
• Maintain awareness of daily rate levels and occupancy for decision-making.
• Process check-in and check-out and handle incidental charges using Front Office systems.
• Protect guest privacy by not disclosing any guest details.
• Demonstrate knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Uphold environmental, health, and safety procedures in line with company policies.
