Responsibilities

• Welcome guests professionally and provide clear assistance throughout their visit.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding experiences, products, bookings, facilities, promotions, and available services.
• Promote relevant offers and packages while using upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Handle bookings and sales transactions accurately through approved operating systems and procedures.
• Manage customer complaints calmly and apply escalation procedures when needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Process cash transactions accurately and follow cash handling controls.
• Support food and beverage service activities while maintaining hygiene standards.
• Conduct stock checks and monitor supplies and equipment.
• Follow Health, Safety, and Environment policies and SOPs.
