Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim's Global Snow division seeks a Customer Service Officer for MAF Entertainment and Slope to deliver an outstanding guest experience across Leisure, Entertainment and Cinemas. You will engage guests, promote offers, handle bookings and inquiries, resolve complaints via proper escalation, and support upselling while ensuring safety and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Certificate is required.
• 0–3+ years of experience in F&B, customer service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong customer service orientation with guest satisfaction focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic English proficiency and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests professionally, promoting offers and resolving complaints.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and assist customers with bookings, sales and inquiries.
• Support revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure correct change.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards for beverages and food.
• Monitor inventory, conduct stock checks, and ensure proper storage of equipment.
• Follow Health, Safety and Environment policies, including PPE usage and incident reporting.
