Responsibilities

• Interact with clients, site visitors, and vendors in a courteous, friendly, inviting, and professional way
• Offer hospitality services, e.g., preparing and offering drinks for management & visitors
• Assist front desk
• Provide standard and precise information in-person as well as by phone/email
• Address calls, walk-in queries, and emails appropriately and address inquiries/requests
• Assist in dispatches and couriers, client collection tasks as needed
• Assist in general management tasks
• Maintain workplace safety by following procedures and regulating access at the front desk (screen logbook, visitor badges)
