Job summary

Al Ain Rotana in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dynamic Lobby Ambassador to warmly welcome guests and deliver efficient front desk service. You will be the first point of contact, assisting with check-in tasks and guiding guests through the lobby.

Key responsibilities include representing service standards, registering guests on queue using the Tablet Registration tool, promoting hotel offers, and identifying opportunities to create guest satisfaction and drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of front office or hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warm, professional service at all times.
• Be the point of contact for guests and assist with check-in and queries.
• Represent Arabian Cultural Connection standards and interact with guests at the coffee and dates station.
• Escort guests from arrival to check-in, greet at breakfast, and bid farewell at departure.
• Register guests on queue using the Tablet Registration tool.
• Provide VIP and Rotana Rewards guest attention and promote hotel services.
• Seek revenue opportunities such as restaurant reservations and sales leads.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services and local information.
• Handle queries promptly and pleasantly.
• Be aware of special offers and promotions to promote to guests.
