voco Dubai Palm The Palm, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts family, is seeking a Guest Experience Agent to warmly welcome guests and deliver their stay with a consistently reliable and friendly service.

You will manage front desk tasks, including check-in/check-out, guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth arrivals and departures. Strong communication, teamwork, and a can-do attitude are essential, as shifts include weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years Front Desk Associate
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge on the Opera System
• Team player
• Physically agile and able to stand for extended periods
• Available to work shifts, over weekends and on public holidays
• Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for service excellence

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: welcome guests, check-in/check-out, attend to requests and queries
• Relay messages between shifts and ensure completion of tasks
• Maintain tranquil reception area and smooth check-in processes
• Review reservations daily to match accommodations
• Handle Traces and ensure accurate room availability
• Use PMS and other systems to process registrations and payments
