Accor is hiring a Waiter for Swissotel Al Ghurair and Swissotel Living Al Ghurair in Dubai, UAE. You will greet guests, take orders, upsell, and provide personalized Food & Beverage service that meets hotel standards.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced dining environment. You should have prior hospitality experience and strong communication skills, with ability to upsell and maintain outlet standards while ensuring hygiene and service quality

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, hotel, cafe, resort, or Food and Beverage service is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive guest communication approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to tables professionally.
• Provide attentive and personalized Food and Beverage service according to hotel standards.
• Present menus and explain dishes, beverages, and recommendations.
• Take orders and communicate them clearly to kitchen and beverage teams.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Upsell menu items to support revenue goals.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service colleagues for smooth operations.
