RevPartners engineers revenue outcomes for GTM leaders on HubSpot. We partner with ambitious organizations to solve go-to-market challenges through strategy, technology, and execution, helping partners build scalable revenue engines that drive measurable business outcomes.

We are seeking a GTM Strategy professional in Dubai to lead discovery sessions, design scalable GTM programs, and translate objectives into HubSpot-based solutions, collaborating with cross-functional experts.

Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, or Sales Operations.
Advanced experience in HubSpot (CRM, Marketing, Sales & Data Hubs).
Working knowledge in Clay.
Experience developing and executing go-to-market or revenue strategies.
Proven ability to lead consultative discovery and translate challenges into recommendations.
Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, consulting, agency, or SaaS environments.
Strong communication skills to build trust with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic discovery sessions to understand business goals, GTM motion, and revenue challenges.
Design and implement integrated, scalable GTM strategies including ICPs, buyer personas, and messaging.
Translate business objectives into scalable solutions through HubSpot implementation and technical collaboration.
Serve as the primary strategic advisor for a portfolio of partners.
Monitor partner health and optimize strategies to improve business outcomes.
Collaborate with GTM Engineers and cross-functional specialists like Paid Media and Content.
Contribute to the evolution of RevPartners methodologies and playbooks.
Identify opportunities to incorporate AI and emerging technologies into GTM strategies.
