Job summary
Aptitude 8, a leading HubSpot solutions consultancy, seeks a senior demand generation marketer to join our Dubai team. You will own multi-channel campaigns, HubSpot automation, and AI-enabled workflows to drive pipeline and ROI.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B marketing, expert HubSpot skills, and fluency with AI GTM tools. You’ll collaborate with Sales and Partnerships to optimize lead handoff and reporting in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in demand generation or marketing roles, preferably B2B or agency.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot.
- Fluency in AI-enabled GTM tools such as Clay, ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier, or Make.
- Proven experience owning paid campaigns and pipeline reporting.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, email, and events
- Manage paid media and conversion optimization
- Own marketing automation, database health, and lead scoring in HubSpot
- Design and build AI-enabled operations workflows using tools like Clay
- Align with Sales and Partnerships to optimize lead handoff and SQL quality
- Track performance and analyze campaign ROI using AI-assisted dashboards
- Lead customer marketing initiatives including reviews and referral programs
- Serve as a HubSpot subject matter expert
- Develop and manage event strategy and reporting
