Zusammenfassung

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior Sales & Marketing leader to identify opportunities for business expansion, acquire new clients, and penetrate new markets. You will build relationships with clients, partners and vendors and support senior leadership in growth strategy development.

Responsibilities include monitoring market trends, overseeing day-to-day operations for alignment with corporate objectives, establishing KPIs, and contributing to budgeting,

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or related field; MBA preferred.
7–10 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing role within a corporate setting with leadership experience.
Experience in the insurance industry.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, budgeting and reporting skills.
Knowledge of governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
