Job summary

Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) is seeking a Vice President Broker Relationship Retail to grow and manage broker partnerships across the UAE. You will drive profitability across Motor, Travel, Home, Medical Malpractice, Personal Accident and other consumer lines while leading a team focused on engagement and portfolio development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, finance or marketing.
• Professional insurance qualifications (ACII/Cert CII/Dip CII) advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years' UAE insurance market experience.
• Experience managing relationships with multiple UAE brokers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with leading UAE insurance brokers.
• Lead broker relationship team to achieve growth and service goals.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Finance, Marketing and Customer Service.
• Analyze broker performance and portfolio profitability; prepare senior management reports.
• Identify opportunities to expand retail insurance through broker partnerships.
