Job summary

Orient Insurance PJSC in the UAE seeks a senior executive to identify opportunities for expansion, acquire new clients, and penetrate markets while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.

You will support senior leadership in strategic growth, monitor market trends and regulatory changes, and oversee budgeting, governance, and reporting to ensure profitability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in Sales & Marketing in a corporate setting with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business outcomes.
• Experience in insurance industry.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for business expansion, new client acquisition, and market penetration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
• Assist senior leadership in the development and execution of corporate business growth strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform decision-making and corporate planning.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Establish and track KPIs to assess department performance.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the department.
• Ensure cost management, profitability, and financial compliance.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, finance, and other departments to implement corporate initiatives.
• Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to drive business improvement.
• Identify potential risks and work with senior management to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal regulations.
• Provide regular reports to senior executives on department performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
