Job summary

RTC-1 Employment Services is seeking a Category Manager for a technology-enabled home services company in Dubai. This full-time role targets growth, profitability, and supplier development within a dynamic marketplace, offering salary up to AED 10,000 depending on experience.

Key duties include training and process improvements to ensure high service quality, onboarding and developing service aggregators and partners, and driving partner economics and loyalty through continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of category management or similar experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Hands-on and proactive with ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and profitability by improving quality, supply, growth, and innovation.
• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction through training, process improvements, and regular monitoring.
• Build and manage supply by onboarding service aggregators and partners through market engagement and fieldwork.
• Solve business problems and manage partner relationships by improving partner economics, engagement and loyalty while driving continuous improvements.
