Job summary

Urban Company (UC) seeks a hands-on professional to drive quality and supply network growth in the UAE market. You will collaborate with trainers to shape training modules and build training infrastructure to raise service standards while onboarding a diverse supplier base.

You will solve problems at the grass roots level with a go-getter attitude, deeply engaging with partners to improve economics and satisfaction. 3–5 years of experience and strong SQL/data analytics are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a role with data analysis.
• Strong SQL and data analysis/insights skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; experience managing teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Quality Building: maintain high NPS and onboard supply with training.
• Supply Building: identify and onboard service aggregators with fieldwork.
• Problem Solving: self-ideate and implement grassroots solutions.
• Hustle: hands-on, deep-dive to improve key business drivers.
• Partner Relationship: improve partner economics and happiness; build loyalty to UC.
• Team leadership: manage teams/people; collaborate with trainers and partners.
