Job summary

Delivery Hero, via talabat UAE, seeks a Senior Marketing Specialist to lead planning and execution of growth campaigns across channels. You will manage content, optimize performance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive acquisition, ABV, and order frequency.

You’ll track trends, report on budgets, and conduct market research to identify opportunities for campaign initiation and targeting. Fluency in English is required, Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and campaign management.
• Strong understanding of the marketing mix and campaign management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative person with eye for details.
• Comfortable working in a challenging environment.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Handling planning & liaising with internal and external teams to activate campaigns.
• Managing deliverables of content across channels.
• Working with manager to plan campaigns aligned with the annual calendar.
• Constantly track trends, flag new ones and come up with relevant marketing campaign ideas.
• Constantly tracking and reporting costs, marketing spend and budgets.
• Conduct in-depth market research, analyze industry trends and identify new opportunities for campaign initiation, optimization and customer targeting.
• Utilize advanced analytics to measure campaign performance, derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns for growth.
• Overcome challenges and develop creative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness and reach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including commercial, supply chain, brand, creative, CRM, content and digital marketing for seamless execution.
• Plan and manage the campaign budget ensuring effective allocation and optimization of resources.
• Monitor and analyze key campaign metrics providing regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners and agencies to drive collaboration and delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to drive innovation.
