Job summary

talabat is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist - Paid Acquisition in Dubai to own paid growth across the UAE and Egypt. You will lead end-to-end campaign setup, optimization, and reporting in a fast-evolving, AI-first environment within an internet platform for delivery and ecommerce.

The role emphasizes hands-on media buying, rigorous analysis, cross-market coordination, and data-backed decision making to drive customer growth and efficiency in media spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on performance marketing experience including at least 2 years on paid social advertising.
• Experience managing Meta and TikTok campaigns, budgets and ongoing optimization.
• Experience with mobile measurement partners such as Adjust or AppsFlyer.
• Understanding of attribution, app installs, events and in-app revenue.
• Exposure to quick commerce, food delivery or e-commerce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Set up paid campaigns from brief through launch and optimization.
• Manage campaign structures and bidding strategies in Meta Ads Manager.
• Execute paid activity across TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Publish creative assets and test new media formats.
• Review performance data and refine campaigns throughout their run.
• Allocate daily budgets according to acquisition objectives.
• Monitor campaign health and elevate material performance issues early.
• Analyze the customer funnel from impression to conversion.
• Build recurring reports for Head of Marketing and senior stakeholders.
• Compare performance across UAE and Egypt.
• Track incentives and evaluate their contribution to acquisition.
• Provide data-supported recommendations during business reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve CAC efficiency.
• Design structured experiments across creative, audience, and bid variables.
• Test landing experiences and channel combinations.
• Document hypotheses, results and lessons from experiments.
• Develop new tests using platform signals and benchmarks.
• Support marketing-communications planning and campaign calendars.
