Job summary

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Sr. Specialist in CRM to own country-level campaigns within the regional Performance Marketing team.

You will work hands-on to ideate and launch CRM initiatives, analyze results, and optimize ROI. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. This role focuses on data-driven decisions, budget discipline, and cross-market collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent with strong data focus.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM and campaign management tools is a plus (Braze).
• Data-driven and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ideation of CRM campaigns around the customer lifecycle to meet business needs.
• Coordinate with Campaign Ops for launches addressing churn and frequency.
• Forecast and monitor campaign spend within CRM budgets.
• Monitor lifecycle campaign performance and optimize ROI.
• Create visibility for local marketing teams on performance and cost evolution.
• Formulate data-backed hypotheses to optimize existing flows.
