Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Dubai seeks a senior CL BD Manager to drive contract logistics growth across the Middle East. You will lead new business development, manage key client relationships, and partner with Sector Heads to align initiatives with our GTMs and RFQ agenda, delivering measurable revenue gains.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of sales and business development experience in contract logistics, a strong track record, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales and business development in contract logistics with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and revenue growth for CEVA CL in the ME region.
• Develop and execute business development strategies and GTMs.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and CEVA network.
• Represent CEVA in RFQ processes and customer meetings.
• Collaborate with CL BD Sector Heads to drive opportunities.
• Prepare professional proposals and client presentations.
• Generate reports and maintain activity tracking.
