GRG is seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in the GCC region for a leading logistics provider. You will build and lead a high-performing sales team, win strategic enterprise clients, and expand our market footprint across road freight, distribution, and warehousing.

You'll work closely with C-level leadership on high-value negotiations and partnerships, shaping the GCC strategy and driving profitability.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of commercial experience in Logistics in GCC markets.
• Proven track record in customer acquisition across road freight, distribution or warehousing.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams in a 3PL environment.
• Exceptional commercial acumen, leadership, and negotiation skills.
