• Secure new accounts and maintain existing portfolio to reach yearly gross margin objectives.
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization on key opportunities.
• Develop and own strategy and execution to achieve growth targets.
• Conduct client visits and provide market expertise to clients and internal teams.
• Gather and distribute market intelligence to key stakeholders within Sea/Air freight operations and sales.
