Job summary

Zooma Properties LLC is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing interior fit-out team in Dubai. You will identify new market opportunities, build relationships with contractors, designers, and clients, and drive revenue growth for turnkey interior projects across corporate, retail, and residential sectors.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of proven sales or business development experience within the Interior Fit-Out, Joinery, or Construction Contracting sector in the UAE.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, layout plans, and BOQs for turnkey interior solutions.
• Strong existing network of contacts among main contractors, consultants, architects, and corporate clients in the region.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid UAE Driving License is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities across corporate, retail, commercial, and residential interior fit-out sectors in the UAE.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with interior designers, architects, main contractors, project management consultants, and real estate developers.
• Conduct client meetings, pitch project proposals, and present company capabilities to prospective high-value clients.
• Coordinate closely with the estimation and design teams to review BOQs, project drawings, scope of work, and ensure timely submission of competitive commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiations on contract terms, pricing, and project deliverables to close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking leads from initial outreach through to project award and post-handover client retention.
• Monitor local market trends, upcoming development projects, competitor activity, and sector demand across the region.
