Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in business development.
• Proven experience selling Tax, Audit, Accounting, Advisory, Corporate services.
• Strong UAE business network.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to win new business and manage full sales cycle.
• Self-motivated, commercially astute and target oriented.
• UAE driving license is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across the UAE market.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Promote and sell Tax, Audit, Advisory, Accounting, and Corporate solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and business stakeholders.
• Develop and execute effective business development and market expansion strategies.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Consistently achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets.
