ENTER Green Buildings (EGB) is seeking a results-driven Head of Business Development & Contract Acquisition to accelerate growth in the UAE construction market. You will identify, pursue, and secure profitable contracts directly from developers and owners, while building a robust pipeline for various project types.

You will lead business development and marketing activities, manage prequalification processes, and drive strategies that enhance the company’s market presence and profitability in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UAE construction industry experience.
• Proven track record of personally securing construction contracts.
• Established network of UAE developers, consultants, and project owners.
• Strong knowledge of contractor prequalification, tendering, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience leading business development and marketing activities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, negotiate, and secure profitable construction contracts directly from developers and project owners.
• Build strong client relationships and develop a sustainable pipeline of general contracting, design-and-build, and turnkey projects.
• Manage contractor registrations, accreditations, and prequalification to secure tender invitations.
• Coordinate proposals, commercial negotiations, and contract awards with profitability and manageable risk.
• Lead and develop the Marketing Team and implement strategies to strengthen the brand and generate qualified leads.
• Identify new opportunities and strengthen EGB's position in the UAE construction market.
