Job summary

Careem in Dubai is hiring an Account Manager for the Food - UAE team. You will own and nurture relationships with restaurant partners, drive growth, optimize performance, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Product to deliver improvements.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in account management or partner success, strong data skills with Excel/Sheets, excellent communication and negotiation, and a bias for action in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in account management, partner success, business development, or similar roles.
• Proven track record of managing external stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data interpretation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A problem-solving mindset with a bias for action and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
• Drive partners' performance through business reviews, data insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to execute growth initiatives.
• Identify and resolve partner concerns swiftly to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Support onboarding and training of new partners to set them up for success.
• Advocate internally for partner needs and work with relevant teams to drive platform improvements.
