Careem in Dubai is seeking an Account Manager for its Food - UAE team to own relationships with restaurant partners and help them grow on the Careem platform.

You will optimize partner performance, work with Operations, Marketing, and Product, and drive strategic initiatives to benefit Careem and partners. 4 days in office, 1 day from home, remote 30 days/year with unlimited vacation and healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in account management or partner success roles.
• Proven track record with external stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and data interpretation.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners and maintain strong relationships.
• Drive partner performance through reviews, data insights, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Product on growth initiatives.
• Identify and resolve partner concerns quickly to ensure quality experience.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Support onboarding and training of new partners.
