Job summary

Careem is building the Everything App for the greater Middle East, enabling movement, food and groceries, payments, and more. We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to own a portfolio of restaurant partners in the Abu Dhabi region and drive growth and retention.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to meet targets, manage relationships, analyze performance data, and deliver superior service to partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Arabic fluency in speaking, reading and writing required.
• 4–6 years in sales or account management with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition: collaborate with sales to acquire restaurant partners in Abu Dhabi region.
• Growth: support and create plans to grow the business of assigned accounts.
• Account Management: own and be the main contact for assigned accounts.
• Analysis: use data to prioritize initiatives with highest ROI.
• Merchant NPS: work with merchants and internal teams to improve experience.
