Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Dubai seeks a Full Time, Non-Management Sales & Marketing professional to manage the complete event process from sales to execution.

You will work with Sales, Data Administration and Accounting to resolve guest requests and maximize revenue through up-selling, while ensuring guest loyalty. This role also handles reservations, Marriott Rewards point redemptions, and administrative tasks to support the Sales & Marketing team in delivering brand-standard guest

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the entire event process from Sales to execution.
• Coordinate with Sales, Data Administration, Accounting to resolve guest requests.
• Use sales techniques that maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty, including up-selling.
• Process reservations (phone, fax, mail) and Marriott Rewards points redemption.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing; train and motivate staff as needed.
