Job summary

St. Regis Dubai is seeking a qualified Contracts & Sales Administrator who will negotiate rates within pre-approved authority, draft and issue Group Sales Agreements, and coordinate with Reservations and Revenue on cut-off dates and cancellation clauses.

You will mentor Sales Executives, train new joiners on Opera, CI/TY, and SFAWeb, and serve as escalation point in the manager's absence. This role requires attention to detail and Marriott standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate rates, concessions, and contract terms within authority.
• Draft and issue Group Sales Agreements aligned with policy and legal clauses.
• Manage cut-off dates, attrition, and cancellation clauses with Reservations and Revenue.
• Mentor Sales Executives and Coordinators; review proposals and contracts before dispatch.
• Provide onboarding on systems (Opera, CI/TY, SFAWeb) and Marriott standards.
• Escalate as needed and coordinate with Sales, Data Admin, and Accounting to resolve issues.
