Job summary

The St. Regis Dubai is seeking a hospitality professional to manage the end-to-end event process from Sales to execution, handling guest requests, reservations, and up-selling to maximize revenue while preserving guest loyalty.

You will assist in training and motivating staff, uphold brand standards, coordinate with Sales, Data Administration and Accounting, answer inquiries, and support Sales & Marketing with office duties and communications.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest requests and reservations to ensure seamless event execution.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing, Data Administration and Accounting departments to resolve guest issues.
