Eaton SAKS International Group seeks a seasoned Group Chief Financial Officer to shape its financial future, enhance governance and drive long-term shareholder value. The role operates at enterprise level across subsidiaries, aligning financial strategy with growth and capital allocation decisions.

The successful candidate will lead five-year planning, financial modelling, and capital strategies while overseeing treasury, reporting, and data governance.

Formación

• 20+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 10+ years in senior financial leadership roles (Group CFO / CFO / VP Finance).
• Experience across large, multi-entity or diversified corporate environments.
• Direct exposure to IPO execution, IPO readiness or capital raising.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, SOCPA or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and govern the Group's financial strategy, planning and capital allocation.
• Establish governance, internal controls, reporting transparency and audit readiness.
• Lead treasury, liquidity planning and working capital across the Group.
• Develop reporting, governance and disclosure capabilities aligned with listed-company standards.
• Oversee IT and enterprise systems up to a technology executive appointment.
• Sponsor ERP, financial systems and data governance transformation.
