Job summary

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a diversified holding company in the UAE to appoint a Group CFO. This role requires a senior executive who can combine board-level strategic counsel with operational rigor across a high-volume consumer business in Abu Dhabi.

The Group CFO will strengthen enterprise value, capital efficiency, and financial discipline across operating units. You will lead strategic finance, treasury, governance, and performance improvement, while guiding finance transformation

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of senior financial leadership in large, multi-entity groups.
• Experience in consumer-facing or diversified businesses with complex environments.
• Proven track record in treasury, capital planning, transformation, and board-level engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead group financial strategy, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Partner with CEO and executive team on growth strategy and major business decisions.
• Oversee liquidity management, capital allocation, controls, tax oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive finance transformation and build a high-performing finance team.
