Job summary

LHH Middle East is seeking a Chief Executive Officer with full commercial and operational responsibility across GCC markets. The role calls for a leader who can set strategy, drive growth in new markets, and hold the organisation to the numbers within a Group governance framework.

You will own the P&L, lead a local management team and report to Headquarters, delivering transparent performance metrics, stakeholder engagement, and digital transformation across the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years at Chief Executive/Managing Director/General Manager or Country Manager level with direct ownership of commercial growth.
• Full P&L ownership with command of financial flows and performance metrics.
• Sector background in building materials or adjacent industrial fields.
• Substantial track record developing and managing commercial operations across the GCC markets.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams at scale.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building with strategic customers, partners, institutional stakeholders and government entities.
• Experience operating within a Group structure with governance and reporting to Headquarters.
