ecap invites applications for a Group Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy across its diversified UAE portfolio. Reporting to the Group CEO, the CFO will coordinate across subsidiaries, strengthen governance and establish a scalable operating model to support growth and transformation.

The role requires extensive Group CFO experience, private or family-owned groups, consolidation expertise, and a track record in ERP implementations and M&A.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as a Group CFO or senior finance executive in a multi-entity group.
• Proven track record in diversified businesses, privately held or family-owned environments preferred.
• Experience leading multiple CFOs and senior finance teams.
• Expertise in group consolidation, reporting, treasury, and governance.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic financial leadership to the CEO and shareholders.
• Oversee consolidation of financial information across subsidiaries, SPVs and JVs.
• Lead group budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
• Drive finance transformation including ERP implementations.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, banking relationships and capital structure.
• Support acquisitions, investments, due diligence and deal structuring.
• Enhance governance, internal controls, risk management and tax compliance.
• Partner with operating leaders to improve profitability and cash generation.
• Develop the finance function to support future growth.
