Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in GM/ Country Manager roles.
• Strong HealthTech/ healthcare experience, including digital health or preventative health.
• Proven experience owning P&L and driving business performance.
• Commercial mindset with a track record of revenue and growth.
• Experience building partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of digital products and technology-enabled customer journeys.
• Ability to operate in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy, P&L and commercial performance of 200 Health.
• Develop and execute growth and market expansion plans.
• Build scalable operating processes across the customer journey.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and lifetime value.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships with clinics, providers and labs.
• Oversee commercial development of testing, insights and recommendations ecosystem.
• Collaborate with product and tech to improve the digital customer experience.
• Use data to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance.
• Develop new revenue opportunities, partnerships and channels.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards across growth, ops, customer experience and finance.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, data privacy and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with founders on strategy, budgets and investment priorities.
