Job summary

Metabolic.Health, based in Dubai, seeks a Head of Growth Marketing to own the patient acquisition engine across UAE, UK, and US. You will translate founders’ vision into a scalable, data-driven growth roadmap, leading omnichannel campaigns and a high-performing team to lower CAC and increase booked patient actions.

You will supervise first‑party data tracking, lead scoring, and the analytics stack while ensuring DHA regulatory compliance and alignment with Medical, Product, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Executive-level growth roadmap development linking channels to revenue targets.
• Monthly State of Growth reporting with revenue, CAC vs LTV, channel ROAS.
• First-party data tracking rollout and server-side tracking enabled.
• Lead scoring model to prioritize high-intent leads.
• DHA-compliant approval trails for patient-facing ads and assets.
• Collaboration with Medical, Product, and Finance to optimize the patient journey.

Responsibilities

• Own growth marketing as a senior leadership function across markets (UAE, UK, US).
• Translate Founders' growth vision into a scalable, data-driven roadmap.
• Build and scale the growth team with a high-performance culture.
• Manage omnichannel campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive high-intent leads.
• Oversee analytics stack, CRM, and dashboards for fast decision making.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with DHA and other regulators in each market.
