Job summary

Metabolic.Health in Dubai seeks a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the full patient acquisition engine across UAE, UK, and future markets. You will own the growth roadmap, oversee paid omnichannel campaigns, and ensure data tracking and DHA compliance while partnering with Medical, Product, and Finance to optimize unit economics.

You will report to the founders, drive performance, and align budgets with revenue targets across markets, campaigns, and channels.

Qualifications

Develop and maintain a growth roadmap tied to revenue targets.
Deliver monthly State of Growth reports with revenue, CAC, LTV and market share.
Implement and manage first‑party data tracking, including server‑side tracking and Meta CAPI.
Develop and recalibrate a lead scoring model to focus on high‑propensity patients.
Ensure DHA compliance in all patient-facing ads and materials.

Responsibilities

Own growth marketing strategy across multiple markets, starting with UAE and UK, and expanding to the US.
Lead omnichannel paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and manage end-to-end budget against CAC, LTV, ROAS.
Oversee measurement, tracking, and lead quality; maintain analytics stack and dashboards.
Collaborate with Medical, Product, Finance to align on journey, unit economics, and regulatory compliance.
Deliver executive reporting and align with founders and senior stakeholders.
