Bybit is seeking a Senior Treasury Operations Manager in Abu Dhabi to oversee daily treasury operations, asset reconciliation, and fund management across multiple entities. You will ensure accuracy, security, compliance, and scalable processes to support growth in a fast-moving digital asset environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in treasury or financial operations and asset management.
• Experience managing large-scale funds across multi-account structures.

• Oversee daily reconciliation processes and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor transactions, balances, and asset movements across accounts.
• Manage asset transfers across internal and external accounts.
• Establish reporting frameworks for multi-entity asset management.
