Qualifications

• CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction accounting structures.
• Familiarity with crypto treasury accounting: tokens and stablecoins.
• Big 4 background or startup CFO/Controller experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own all financial operations across Mintlayer entities, including treasury and tax.
• Manage payroll and accounting for crypto and fiat balance sheets.
• Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
• Prepare and present financial reports to the board and investors.
