Bybit in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior operations leader to design, launch and scale B2B fiat and investment‑related activities globally, including Fiat‑as‑a‑Broker, OTC flows, and stablecoin partnerships. You will work with Product, Treasury, Compliance and regional teams to build scalable, compliant, and revenue‑generating fiat ecosystems.

The role requires 4+ years in banking/fintech with B2B experience and a strong grasp of fiat infrastructure, liquidity flows, and market dynamics across multiple

Competenze

• 4+ years of experience in banking/fintech, payments, or financial services with exposure to investment or B2B products.
• Strong understanding of fiat infrastructure, liquidity flows, or financial product mechanics.
• Proven experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or ecosystem operations.

Mansioni

• Own Fiat & Investment Product Operations from design to daily execution.
• Design and optimize operational frameworks for fiat-based products (OTC, broker service, structured fiat flows).
• Build and iterate business and revenue models (spread, incentives, partner economics, liquidity routing).
• Conduct market research and benchmarking across global markets (LATAM, SEA, EU).
• Drive onboarding and activation of B2B partners and manage ecosystem relationships.
