Job summary

Bybit is seeking a proactive Asset Operations professional to manage the full lifecycle of digital assets on our platform. You will oversee onboarding, post-listing maintenance, risk monitoring, and asset value management, collaborating with Wallet, Security, Finance, Compliance, and Marketing teams to ensure secure operations and stable returns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in crypto asset operations or project management.
• Solid understanding of major public chains, stablecoins, and RWA.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to report on key metrics (trading volume, AUM, yield).
• Familiarity with digital asset regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong cross-functional communication across technical, security, and finance teams.
• Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead asset onboarding and maintenance for new tokens and chain assets.
• Manage post-listing operations including upgrades and rebranding.
• Monitor risk events and coordinate cross-functional responses across Wallet, Security, and Finance teams.
• Develop SOPs and provide regular reporting on asset operations metrics and project progress.
