Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above required.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or data operations.
• Exposure to business risk control, marketing anti-fraud, account security, or fund security is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support risk operations by conducting campaign reviews, data quality checks, case reviews, and user behaviour analysis.
• Perform in-depth analysis combining internal and external data to provide actionable insights for decisions and model iteration.
• Monitor data, define risk indicators, optimise workflows, and establish a standardised risk operations framework.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure campaign and risk-control execution.
