Job summary
Confidencial in Dubai seeks a Total Rewards Manager to drive the organization's compensation, benefits, and performance management agenda across the GCC. You will partner with senior leaders to design, implement, and optimize reward programs that attract and retain top talent while ensuring governance and financial sustainability.
The role requires 7–10 years of regional Total Rewards experience, strong data analytics, and extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and compensation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance or related field.
- 7–10 years in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits and PM in a regional or multinational environment.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors PMGM and Compensation modules is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own Total Rewards and Performance Management agenda across the GCC.
- Partner with senior leadership on compensation, incentives, and reward decisions.
- Lead annual salary reviews, bonuses, and performance cycles across the region.
- Develop salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation frameworks.
- Manage STI framework and incentive plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Job Architecture, leveling, and grading governance.
- Oversee regional Benefits strategy and programs.
