You will drive opportunity lifecycles, craft compelling offerings, and align them with Growth strategy across regions. This role blends ATM expertise with commercial acumen to accelerate growth in international markets.

The ideal candidate will coordinate across Sales, Bidding and Delivery teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver high-quality responses within tight bid timelines.

Qualifikationen

• Air Traffic Management expertise with deep domain knowledge (ATC, Safety, Engineering, Analytics).
• Commercially and financially astute, balancing customer needs with NATS objectives.
• Able to design new solutions or adapt existing ones to meet customer needs.
• Disciplined prioritisation and planning to meet bid timescales.
• Excellent written English for clear scope description to diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of global ATM market trends and emerging technologies.
• Proven track record delivering high quality solutions on time, cost, quality.

Aufgaben

• Lead development of innovative, competitive and deliverable technical/operational solutions for Growth opportunities.
• Translate customer needs into clearly defined solutions aligned with Growth capabilities and strategy.
• Coordinate with bid team to ensure customer, P&L and commercial requirements are met.
• Prepare solution contributions for proposal documents.
• Work with Sales, Bidding and Delivery to craft persuasive proposal content.
• Ensure solutions comply with Growth processes.
• Provide expert support to delivery teams; lead or contribute to implementation.
• Identify and drive efficiencies in planning and delivery across the contract lifecycle.
• Act as Growth ambassador, engaging stakeholders across teams and regions.
