Job summary

Maersk seeks a Lead MPL Solution Design expert to drive advanced engineering-based solutions for new markets and customers. You will own end-to-end solution design, including data capture, cost estimation, and draft P&L, collaborating with Global Growth and regional teams.

You will mentor design teams, support RFQ responses, and participate in customer negotiations. The role emphasizes standardization, proof-of-concept automation initiatives, and delivering on-time, complete tender packages

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in the design of MPL solutions.
• Experience designing solutions for MPL verticals and logistics operations.
• Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making across regions, products and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead MPL solution design for pursuits requiring advanced engineering knowhow.
• Capture data, assumptions, costs and price for the customer solution and draft P&L.
• Develop detailed designs and process flows for scope of services and operating model.
• Provide engineering solution visuals for technical responses in RFQ and ensure timely RFQ bid responses.
• Guide design teams on new business opportunities, RFP responses and contract support.
• Attend customer negotiations and prepare tender documentation for submission.
